Bryan has had extensive success in a variety of leadership roles, including as a small business owner, district manager, team leader, sales manager, and more. Now, as a dedicated Learning & Development Manager, Bryan is drawing upon his unique experience, education, background, and insights to build and deliver a comprehensive education and training program for a large national holding company consisting of over a dozen businesses in three states.

Recently, Bryan led the launch of the Succeed program, which consists of programs and resources in the areas of professional growth, leadership development, communication, culture building, wellness, financial and business literacy, technology literacy, and much more. Trainings are delivered in person, virtually, and in recorded, digital, and printed materials.

Bryan continues to expand and evolve learning and development options both within his organization and for external partners with the goal of helping all individuals develop personally and professionally, discover their purpose, accomplish their goals, and maximize their potential.
