Since 2020, Bryan has been licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-t). He currently works as a contracted clinical therapist with a community-based organization. Bryan works primarily with young people and their families to address challenges, build resiliency, develop coping strategies, overcome obstacles, and improve mental health and wellbeing.

As a clinical therapist, Bryan is trained and knowledgeable in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Adlerian Therapy, Existential Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Reality Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Therapy.

Since 2021, Bryan has also authored a regular column, State of Mind, that focuses on mental health and wellbeing.
